SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 26, 2026 at approximately 1311 hours, The Vermont State Police received a report that Mark Smith (87) had violated an active trespass order. Investigation revealed Smith was on a property located on Stone Bridge Lane after being issued a Notice Against Trespass.
Smith was issued a citation to appear at the Chittenden County Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer the charge of Unlawful Trespass.
