SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 10/22/2026, at approximately 1528 hours, the Vermont State Police received a call from Springfield Probation and Parole reporting they had Brian Winter (38) of Rockingham, Vermont detained for suspicion of DUI. Upon arrival Troopers screened Winter and observed signs of impairment. Winter was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing. Winter was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Criminal Division on 10/23/2026 at 1230 hours.
