SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Troopers with the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks, were notified of a person who was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. The operator was identified as Zachary Fletcher (20) of Cavendish, VT. Through investigation, Troopers learned that Fletcher had been operating a motor vehicle on a public highway. Troopers detected impairment and Fletcher was placed under arrest and transported to Springfield Police Department for processing. After processing, Fletcher was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on October 27, 2026, at 0830 hours, to answer for the charge.
