SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  Vermont State Police BCI were notified of an assault that occurred between 2 inmates within MVCC.  Investigation determined that Matthew Bradley assaulted cellmate Joseph Marro resulting in facial injuries that required surgery including insertion of metal plates around his eyes and mouth.
