SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, the Vermont State Police received numerous calls of vehicle being operated erratically on I93 NB in Waterford. Upon arrival to the area Troopers located the vehicle operating south in the northbound lanes of I93. Troopers were able to stop the vehicle and made contact with the operator. The operator was identified as Bachand. Investigation revealed that Bachand had operated under the influence. She was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Johnsbury for processing. Bachand was later released on a citation.
