SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 16, 2026, at approximately 2135 hours, VSP Dispatch was notified of a possibly impaired driver in the area of Memorial Dr in St. Johnsbury. Troopers responded to the area and located the vehicle, a 2022 Ford F350, being operated by Nicholas Pike on Hospital Dr in St. Johnsbury. A traffic stop was conducted on the Interstate 91 N Exit 22 On Ramp. Troopers observed signs of impairment and arrested Pike on suspicion of DUI. Pike was transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. He was released with a citation to appear on November 2, 2026, at 0830 hours at Caledonia Criminal Court.
