SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Vermont
State Police observed a vehicle commit a motor vehicle violation while
travelling on Murphy Hill Road in the Town of Shaftsbury. A motor vehicle stop
was conducted and while speaking with the operator, Jason Woodsum, indicators
of impairment were observed.
Woodsum was placed under arrest for DUI #1 and transported
to the Shaftsbury State Police Barracks for processing. Upon completion,
Woodsum was released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court
Bennington Criminal Division on 10/19/2026 at 0830 hours.
