SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 20, 2026, at approximately
1853 hours, Troopers were advised of an incident involving Jonathan Deming (19)
of Pownal, VT, and another individual. Following investigation, Deming was
arrested for domestic assault and transported to the Vermont State Police
Shaftsbury Barracks for processing. He was released with conditions and ordered
to appear at Vermont Superior Court - Bennington Criminal Division on October
21, 2026, at 1230 hours.
