SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On October 25th, 2026, at approximately 8:15am, there was a disturbance at a residence on Harlow Hill in the Town of Randolph. During the investigation, it was determined that Jacob Lapan (35) of Randolph, VT caused damage to the victim’s SUV. Lapan was given a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court to answer to the charge of Unlawful Mischief.
