SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Vermont State Police received a report of a family fight at a residence on US RTE 5 in Hartland, VT. Troopers responded to the area and spoke with parties on scene. Subsequent investigation revealed that Ross Gilbert (37 Y/O) caused pain and fear to a household member. Gilbert also restrained this household member in the process. Gilbert was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Hartford Police Department for processing. Gilbert was cited, received conditions and was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility.
