SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10-18-26 Vermont State Police - Royalton came into contact with Tiffany Wills while attempting to locate another individual. It was determined Wills had an active arrest warrant for failure to appear for the following charges:
1. Burglary into an occupied dwelling (misdemeanor)
2. Grand larceny (felony)
3. Buy, receive, sell, possess or conceal stolen property (felony)
4. Unlawful mischief (felony)
5. Aggravated vehicle operation without owner's consent (felony)
6. Leaving the scene of a crash (felony)
7. DUI - drugs (misdemeanor)
