SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On October 14th, 2026, at approximately 1917 hours, Troopers responded to a reported burglary on Vaughn Court in the Town of Monkton. Through investigation, Troopers determined Ira P. Beaver (44) of Vergennes, Vermont, forced entry into an unoccupied residence without having a right to do so and caused property damage.

 

Beaver was transported to the New Haven State Police Barracks for processing and, at the conclusion of processing, was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on October 15th, 2026, at 1230 hours.
