SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On October 27th, 2026, at approximately 0026 hours, the Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop after an observed motor vehicle violation on Stage Road near the intersection with US Route 7 in the Town of Ferrisburgh. The passenger was identified as Kevin R. Langlais (44) of Ferrisburgh, Vermont. Investigation revealed

Langlais was found to have an active in-state warrant for Failure to Appear stemming from the charge of DUI #1 - Influence.  Langlais was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the New Haven State Police Barracks for processing. At the conclusion of processing, Langlais was transported to the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility where he was held for lack of $200.00 bail.
