SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 17th, 2026, Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to an address on Verd Mont Road in Waitsfield VT for an ongoing investigation. While Troopers were on scene, they identified Kyla Farnham (28) at the residence. Further investigation revealed he was in violation of his court ordered conditions of release and he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Farnham was placed under arrest and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Berlin for processing.  Farnham was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division, on October 19, 2026, at 1230 hours to answer for the above charge. Due to lack of bail Farnham was transported to the Northeast Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury and released into their custody.
