NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, April 15, 2026, through Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Jasmine Brock, 35, of Bennington, VT was stopped by Trooper Craig Negrin on April 15, 2026, at 12:23 AM on US Route 7 in Pownal. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Bennington County on June 15, 2026.

Ahleiyah Mason-Rivera, 28, of Shrewsbury, VT was stopped on April 19, 2026, at 2:11 PM on US Route 7 by Beans Homes in Pittsford. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County, on June 1, 2026.

Devon Dempsey, 25, of Middlebury, VT was stopped by Trooper Brandon Slaney on April 20, 2026, at 5:57 PM on US Route 7 in Salisbury. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on June 8, 2026.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
