B Troop / DLS Criminal Incidents

NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, March 18, 2026, through Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Robert Shaw, 37, of Winooski, VT was stopped by Trooper Jacob Clark on March 22, 2026, at 9:50 AM on Interstate 89 near Exit 4 southbound in Randolph. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Orange County on April 20, 2026.

Dale Clement, 36, of Bridgewater, VT was stopped by Trooper Sean Mulderry on US Route 4 and Park Lane in Mendon on March 18, 2026, at 8:15 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on April 6, 2026.

Tristan Glitman, 30, of Rutland, VT was operating a disabled vehicle that Sergeant Blake Cushing investigated on March 21, 2026, at 4:40 PM at the junction of Business Route 4 and VT Route 3 in Center Rutland. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on May 11, 2026.

Pierre Laroche, 33, of Salisbury, VT was stopped on March 23, 2026, at 6:27 PM on Dog Team Rd and US Route 7 in New Haven by Trooper Taylor Demick. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on May 11, 2026.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
