SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks were dispatched to the report of a domestic assault in the Town of Topsham. Through investigation, it was determined that Michael Kennedy (65), committed the offense of 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and DUI#2. Kennedy was placed under arrest and was transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing. Kennedy was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on 2/4/2026 at 1230 hours and was held at the Northeastern Correctional Complex for a lack of $500.00 bail.
