NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, October 8, 2025, through Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Jonathan Bole, 51, of Grand Isle County, VT was stopped on VT Route 346 and Cedar Hill Road in Pownal on October 13, 2025, at 11:42 PM by Trooper Jonathan Bole. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Bennington County on December 8, 2025.

 

Ty Baker, Jr., 28, of Ashland, ME, was stopped by Trooper Trinity Poole on October 14, 2025, at 12:52 PM on US Route 7 and Foote Road in Middlebury. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on November 25, 2025.

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
