NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, July 16, 2025 through Tuesday, July 22, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Michael Dessaint, 48, of Randolph, VT was stopped by Trooper Daniel Arrato on Vermont Route 12A in Braintree on July 20, 2025 at 5:57 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Orange County on August 3, 2025. 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
