SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 4/28/25 at approximately 2057 hours, the Vermont State Police – New Haven Barracks responded to a report of a Domestic Assault in the Town of Starksboro. Further investigation revealed that Ryan R. Hallett assaulted a household member after an argument causing bodily injury.  Hallett was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the New Haven Barracks for further processing. 

 

Ultimately Hallett was flash cited into Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on April 29th, 2025, at 12:30 PM to answer the above charge of Domestic Assault. Per the order of the Court Hallett was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility with a bail of $500.00.
