SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On April 10th 2025 at approximately 15:45 hours, The Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Robinson Rd in the town of East Montpelier for a reported citizen dispute. Further investigation revealed that Steven Pelton allegedly injured a household member after an argument. Pelton was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing. Pelton was flash cited into Washington County Superior Court on April 11th 2025, at 12:30 PM to answer the charge of Domestic Assault.
