NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, February 26, 2025 through Tuesday, March 4, 2025,  the troopers of A Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Trooper: Adam Martin

Brianna Cushion,  20, of St. George, VT was stopped on 02/28/2025 @ 1811 hours on N Main St / Sheldon Rd St. Albans City, VT.  She was cited into court for April 29th, 2025 @ 0830 hours

Location of Court: Franklin County Criminal Division

 

 

Trooper Richard Berlandy

Robin Nolan, 40, of Newport VT was stopped on US Rt 5, Derby, VT. Investigations revealed Nolan was under Criminal Suspension.  Nolan was cited to appear on April 15, 2025 @ 0830, Orleans County Superior Court for the o
