SUMMARY OF CRASH: On December 22, 2024, at approximately 1501 hours, Troopers assigned to the Williston Barracks responded to the area of MM 72.6 on I-89 South in the Town of Bolton for a report of a single vehicle collision. Upon arriving on scene, Troopers located a 2018 Toyota Camry operated by Chelsea Tchassi-Monkam (21) of Leominster, MA. The vehicle sustained extensive damages due to colliding with a tree. Tchassi-Monkam was transported to an area hospital for suspected minor injuries. This collision remains under investigation, but speed appears to be a factor.

The Vermont State Police was assisted by the Bolton Fire Department, Richmond Fire Department, Williston Fire Department, and Blackfork Towing
