NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, June 25, 2025 through Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

David Devaux, 72, of Corinth, VT was stopped by Trooper Chayan Flores on Interstate 91 SB near mile marker 78 in Norwich on June 30, 2025, at 11:27 AM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on September 2, 2025.

 

Paul Cormier, 53, of Pittsford, VT was stopped by Trooper Timothy Alibozek on June 30, 2025, at 12:23 AM on US Route 7 in Rutland near Post Road. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on August 4, 2025.

 

Michael Greene, 38, of Wallingford, VT was stopped on June 25, 2025, at 2:58 PM by Trooper Charles Gardner on US Route 7 in Clarendon near Middle Road. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on August 11, 2025.

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
