On the above date and time,
Vermont State Police were conducting speed enforcement on US RT 2 in
Danville. Troopers stopped a Polaris Slingshot for traveling 92 mph in a
posted 50 mph zone in the area of Penny Lane. The operator was identified
as Gamelin Jr. He was taken into custody for Excessive Speed and
transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. Gamelin was
subsequently release on a citation and is scheduled to appear in Caledonia
County Superior Court – Criminal Division on 07/21/25.
