SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 5/31/2025, at approximately 1639 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks were notified of a family fight that was occurring on VT Route 30 in the town of Hubbardton, Vermont.
Through investigation, it was determined that Scott Goetz had caused pain or injury to a family or household member. Goetz was placed into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing. Goetz was later issued conditions of release and lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility.
