NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, June 11, 2025 through Tuesday, June 17, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Tyler Garrant, age 31, of Royalton, VT was stopped by Trooper Daniel Arrato on June 11, 2025, at 5:58 PM on Mears Road in Bethel.  He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on August 5, 2025.

 

Sean Runnals, age 41, of Mount Holly, VT was stopped by Trooper Charles Gardner on June 11, 2025, at 2:56 PM on Middle Road in Clarendon.  He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on July 14, 2025.

 

Arthur Guyette, age 60, of Rockingham, VT was stopped by Trooper James Guillaume on June 11, 2025, at 3:41 PM on US Route 5 in Dummerston.  He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on August 19, 2025.

 

Nicholas Turco, age 46, of Mount Holly, VT was stopped by Trooper Mark Busier on June 12, 2025, on Healdville Road in Mount Holly.  He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on July 14, 2025.

 

Gregory Downing, age 39, of Rutland, VT was stopped by Trooper Daniel StClair on June 13, 2025, at 6:18 PM on Pearl Street in Rutland.  He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on August 18, 2025.

 

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
