NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, May 7, 2025 through Tuesday, May 13, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Xavier Blagojevic, 19, of Barre, VT was stopped by Trooper Michael Robidoux on May 11, 2025, at 9:08 AM on Interstate 89 at mile marker 35 in Brookfield. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Orange County on June 4. 2025.

 

Alan Patch, 32, of Clarendon, VT was stopped by Trooper Zachariah Shaughnessy on Alfrecia Road in Clarendon on May 9, 2025, at 4:49 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on June 9, 2025.

 

Steven Barrera, 26, of Vergennes, VT was stopped by Corporal Justin Busby on May 13, 2025, at 7:52 AM on US Route 7 and Dakin Road in North Ferrisburgh. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on July 28, 2025.

 

Tallon Real, 23, of Middlebury, VT was stopped on May 13, 2025, at 5:03 PM by the Ferrisburgh Train Station in Ferrisburgh by Trooper Taylor Demick. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on July 7, 2025.

 

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
