SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
 
On 10/12/24 at approximately 0528 hours, Troopers responded to a report of a male refusing to leave a residence located on Main Street in the Town of Shoreham. Investigation revealed Rodrigo Cardosodelima (44) of Shoreham, VT was in violation of an abuse prevention order by coming within 300 feet of the residence. Cardosodelima was placed under arrest and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing. At the conclusion of processing, Cardosodelima was conditionally released per order of the court with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on the following business day.
