SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 14, 2024, at approximately 2347 hours the Vermont State Police received a report of a family disturbance that had occurred at a residence in the town of Williamstown. Investigation revealed that Bahner had assaulted a household member. Bahner was arrested and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing. Per order of the courts, Bahner was lodged and issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on 10/16/2024 at 13:00 hours.
