SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: The Vermont State Police – Westminster
Barracks is seeking assistance from the public regarding the destruction of a
sign belonging to the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church located at 92
Grafton Road, Townshend, Vermont. The sign was severely damaged in what appears
to have been a vehicle-related incident. Preliminary investigations suggest
that a vehicle may have struck the sign and fled the scene, the vehicle
involved is believed to be dual rear wheel truck. VSP-Westminster Barracks is
actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident and urges
anyone with information to come forward. Any information, no matter how minor
it may seem, could be critical in helping to resolve this case. Anyone who may
have witnessed the incident or has information that could lead to the
