NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the weeks of Wednesday, September 11, 2024 through Tuesday, September 17, 2024, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Chad A. Millette, 52, of Bennington, VT was stopped on September 11, 2024, at 08:07 on US Route 4 in Mendon by Trooper Charles Gardner. He is cited to appear on November 4, 2024, at the Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division.

 

Brett Mulcahy, 60, of Randolph, VT was stopped by Trooper Colin Connery on VT Route 66 and Stockfarm Rd. in Randolph on September 11, 2024, at 10:52. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Orange County on October 16, 2024.

 

Shenandoah Gilbert, 48, of Vernon, VT was stopped on September 12, 2024 by Trooper James Guillaume on Old US Route 5 in Putney at 23:28. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on November 12, 2024.

 

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
