SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time Troopers on
routine patrol observed a vehicle operating above the posted speed limit. The
speed of the vehicle was verified by RADAR at 116mph. A traffic stop was
initiated, and the operator was identified as Jaheed, of Leesburg, VA. Jaheer
was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in
St. Johnsbury for processing. Jaheer was later released on a citation.
Jaheer was also issued a VCVC for a violation of Title 23
VSA 1004 with a waiver amount of $751.
