SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On October 9th, 2026, at approximately 1916 hours, the Vermont State Police Dispatch was notified of a suspicious vehicle on Notch Rd in New Haven. Upon arrival, Troopers observed signs of impairment from the operator, Scott A. Cousino (62).

                                                                                                                                                                            

Cousino was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing. At the conclusion of processing, Cousino was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division on November 9th, 2026, at 1230 hours for the offenses of DUI #1.
