SUMMARY:

            On the above date and time the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks was made aware of a Wanted Person, Stacy Beckett, in Hartland, Vermont. Troopers arrived on scene and located Beckett, and advised her of her outstanding warrants. Beckett resisted Troopers while being taken into custody. Beckett’s warrant out of Vermont was for a previous charge of Aggravated Operation of a Vehicle without Owners Consent. Beckett was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000 bail for her warrant, and $5,000 for resisting arrest.

Following an investigation into the reported violation, Book was taken into custody and transported to the Castleton Police Department where he was processed and released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 10/31/25 at approximately 1451 hours, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on US Route 7 near the intersection with Lime Kiln Road in the Town of New Haven. The operator was identified as Zachary Senesac (36) of Grand Isle, VT. While speaking with Senesac, Troopers detected indicators of drug impairment. Senesac was screened, placed under arrest, and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing. During the arrest, methamphetamine was found on Senesac's person. At the conclusion of processing and a drug influence evaluation, Senesac was transported to Porter Medical Center, where he provided an evidentiary blood sample. Senesac was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.

While speaking with the operator, Miguel Perez (28) of Barre City, Troopers detected indicators of impairment. Ultimately, Perez was taken into custody without incident. Perez was processed at the Berlin State Police Barracks and released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division on November 20, 2025, at 0830 hours.

SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On October 31^st, 2025, at 1622 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – St. Albans Barracks were dispatched to a reported single vehicle crash in the area of mile marker 113.2 on I89 South in the Town of St. Albans. Troopers responded to the scene and located a 2019 Toyota RAV-4 that had hydroplaned and left the roadway causing the vehicle to rollover. The vehicle was totaled as a result of the crash.

 

Investigation determined that the vehicle was being operated by Tanya Lovely (36) of Georgia, VT. Lovely was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, the airbags deployed, and no injuries were sustained.

 

Troopers were assisted on scene by Townline Towing, AmCare Ambulance and St. Albans Fire Department.
