NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the weeks of Wednesday, September 25, 2024 through Tuesday, October 1, 2024, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

 

Joshua Emmons, 39, of Hinesburg, VT was stopped by Trooper Taylor Demick on US Route 7 and Monkton Road in Ferrisburgh on September 27, 2024, at 21:05. He is cited to appear at the Addison County Superior Court on December 16, 2024.

 

 

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
