On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – New Haven Barracks conducted a traffic stop for an observed motor vehicle violation. While interacting with the operator, identified as Izabel J. Ingham, age 20 of Burlington, VT, Troopers observed indicators of impairment. Ingham was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI – Drug, transported to the Vergennes Police Department, and later released with a criminal citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court at 1230 hours on 11/09/2026.
