NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, October 29, 2025, through Tuesday, November 4, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license: 

Keith Boucher, 45, of Ferrisburgh, VT was stopped by Trooper Taylor Demick on October 29, 2025, at 5:19 PM on Shellhouse Mountain Rd at Fuller Mountain Road in Ferrisburgh. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on December 29, 2025.

Joseph Richardson, 31, of Rutland Town, VT was stopped by Trooper Ryan Malmgren on VT Route 4A and Pleasant Street in West Rutland on October 30, 2025, at 3:36 PM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on January 5, 2026.

Zachary Senesac, 36, of Grand Isle, VT was stopped by Sergeant Sean Hauter on October 31, 2025, at 2:51 PM on US Route 7 by Lime Kiln Road in New Haven. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on December 8, 2025

Robert Hurley, 60, of Pownal, VT was stopped on November 1, 2025, at 2:33 PM by Trooper Michael Arel on US Route 7 near VT Route 346 in Pownal. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Bennington County on January 5, 2026.

B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
