SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 09/24/2025 at approximately 2233 hours, the Vermont State Police received a 911 hang up mapping at a residence in Barnard, VT. A subsequent investigation revealed Blaine Shultz (32 Y/O) caused pain and injury to a household member. Shultz was placed under arrest and transported to the Royalton Barracks for processing where he was cited and released with conditions. Shultz is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on 09/25/2025 at 12:30 pm.
