SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05/31/2024, at approximately 4:32 PM, the Vermont State Police-Westminster Barracks received a report of a motor vehicle crash on I-91 S. A subsequent investigation revealed 71 year old Robert Whitney was involved in a two vehicle crash on I-91, and left the scene without stopping. Whitney was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on 07/30/2024 at 8:30 AM.
