Further investigation revealed Johnson was in violation of his conditions of release. Johnson was subsequently arrested and processed at the Berlin Barracks. He was issued a criminal citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Washington County Criminal Division, on October 26, 2026, at 1230 hours to answer to the above charge.
