SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On September 29^th, 2026, at 1730 hours, Troopers from the Westminster State Police Barracks responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on I-91 N MM17, in the town of Putney, Windham County, Vermont. After speaking with the operator, Anne Marie Muscari, (39) of Putney, Vermont, Troopers detected signs of impairment. Muscari was subsequently arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing. Muscari was processed and cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on October 20^th, 2026, at 0830 hours to answer to the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
