NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

For the week of Wednesday, March 18, 2026 through Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the troopers of A Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:

Trooper Michelle Archer

Helen Bowdy,78, of Belvidere, VT was involved in a one-car crash on VT Route 109 in the Town of Waterville on March 23, 2026, at 12:48 PM. She was cited to appear at the Lamoille County Superior Court – Criminal Division on April 22 at 12:30 PM.

Trooper Jacob Fox

Michaella Gibney, 28, of West Fairlee, VT was stopped on VT RT 25 in Bradford on March 25, 2026 at 5:55 PM. She was cited to appear in Orange County Court on May 6, 2026 at 8:30 AM.

 

A Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in Berlin, Derby, St. Albans,  St. Johnsbury, Williston.
