NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
For the week of Wednesday, September 10, 2025 through Tuesday, September 16, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:
Shawn Nolan, 60, of Essex Junction, VT was stopped by Trooper Kelsey Dobson on Park Lane at Vermont Route 22A in Vergennes on September 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on October 27, 2025.
B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
