NEWS RELEASE – DLS INCIDENTS
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
For the week of Wednesday, July 23, 2025 through Tuesday, July 29, 2025, the troopers of B Troop cited the following individuals on suspicion of driving with a criminally suspended license:
Steven Burke, 42, of Castleton, VT was stopped by Trooper Kolby Baldwin on West Street in Rutland on July 23, 2025 at 10:49 AM. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on September 15, 2025.
B Troop consists of the Vermont State Police barracks in New Haven, Royalton, Rutland, Shaftsbury, and Westminster.
