SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 2nd, 2026, the Vermont State Police was notified of a domestic disturbance in the Town of Sharon. Following an investigation, Troopers discovered that Connor Carlin (26) had caused harm to a domestic partner which violates his conditions of release. Carlin was issued a criminal citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court – Windsor Criminal Division on November 3rd, 2026, at 1230 hours.
