SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police conducted a traffic stop for defective equipment. Investigation revealed the accused was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway with a criminally suspended operator's license. State Police subsequently arrested the accused. The vehicles registration plates were seized; the vehicle was towed and the accused was transported to the New Haven Barracks for booking.
