SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 10/16/2026 at approximately 1:48pm, the Vermont State Police observed a motor vehicle violation and initiated a traffic stop on a black Nissan Sentra. The investigation revealed Corey M. Franklin (33) of Bellows Falls, Vermont was in violation of his conditions of release. Franklin was arrested and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Westminster for processing. Franklin was issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on October 19, 2026, at 1230 hours to answer for the above charge.
