SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks received a report of a single vehicle crash that occurred on VT-131 in the town of Cavendish (Windsor County), Vermont. Through investigation it was determined that Deegan Aiken (22), of Ludlow, VT was under the influence of intoxicants while operating a motor vehicle on a public highway. Aiken was subsequently arrested and transported to Springfield Police Department for processing. Aiken was later released with a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on 11/03/2026 at 0815 hours to answer for the above charge.
