SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 10/03/2026, at approximately 1001 hours, the Vermont State Police received a report of suspicious activity in the area of Rockingham Road, in the town of Rockingham, Windham County, Vermont. Through investigation, it was discovered that Heather Hollister (40) of Keene, NH, had operated a motor vehicle on a public highway while suspected to be impaired. Hollister was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and brought to the Westminster Barracks for processing. Hollister was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court - Criminal Division on November 17th at 0830 hours.
